Driver & Equipment Qualifications
DRIVER:
- Must be 22 years of age
- One year verifiable over-the-road
experience in like equipment (Training options available)
- Current long-form physical
(not more than 90 days old)
- Acceptable MVR (no more
than 3 moving violations and/or chargable accidents)
- Class A CDL from residence
state
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
EQUIPMENT:
- Tractor: Quality Class 8 equipment that will pass a thorough D.O.T. inspection
- Must have a sleeper which meets D.O.T. standards

- Copy of 2290 Schedule 1 showing IRS verification stamp or
- Copy of 2290 Schedule 1 without IRS stamp but with a copy of both sides of the cancelled check payable to the IRS
